Here are steps to take precautions to protect yourself and those around you from COVID-19.

Protect yourself from COVID-19.

Online urgent care, anytime, anywhere

Get the care you need from your home, office or on the go using your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Doctors are available all day every day to ensure the care you need can always fit into your schedule and your lifestyle. These visits are as secure and confidential as a face-to-face visit and protected by the same patient policy rules.

Why choose online care?

  • Quick – No driving, no parking and no waiting room
  • Convenient – Use your smartphone, tablet, or laptop from anywhere
  • Accessible – 24-7 access to a provider, available in all 50 states with no insurance required
Online care, anytime, anywhere.

Getting the ER care you need is still important

Getting the emergency care you need for broken bones, heart attack or stroke is important. We listen to quickly understand your health concerns. Then, we deliver the care that’s right for you. When you get care at our ER, a care concierge will work closely with your ER care team to make sure a personalized follow-up plan is in place before you leave the ER. As the only ER care concierge in Indiana, we can even schedule appointments with a specialist at a time and location that works for you.

We're here with:

  • 24/7 emergency care
  • Board-certified doctors
  • Lab and imaging on site
  • Connection to follow-up care

Check in for your emergency visit. Online appointment scheduling allows you to choose a time that’s right for you. And you can rest assured that our hospitals and emergency rooms have safeguards to minimize the exposure risks related to coronavirus (COVID-19) for our patients and our care teams.

Primary care, close to home

Your health shouldn't wait, even now. Ascension doctors are now providing virtual (telehealth) visits so that you can stay at home and get the care you need. Call your Ascension doctor first to discuss whether a virtual visit is an option for your care.

While certain things have been postponed, it’s important for you to talk with your doctor if you have been delaying care. Because delaying care may impact your health. Ascension St. Vincent doctors and care teams can help you plan when and how to get the care you need.

We start by listening to better understand you and deliver the care that's right for you. By knowing you well, your primary care doctor can deliver personalized care to help you live a healthier life and reach your goals. Your doctor is your partner in health, from helping you recover from minor illness to managing chronic disease. And, your doctor can help you stay well by finding health problems early when they are most treatable.

Primary care is important care, even now

Working together to deliver the care your child needs
As parents and caregivers, we know the importance of getting regular check-ups and vaccinations on time. That's why we're taking safety precautions to help keep your family safe while getting care at our facilities.

Changing the way we provide care
Ascension is changing the way we provide care, but with the same compassionate care you've come to expect.

Options for your care

Our facilities are currently taking precautions to help keep patients and visitors safe, which may include conducting screenings, restricting visitors and practicing distancing for compassionate, safe care. We continuously monitor COVID-19 guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and adjust our safety practices and safeguards accordingly.

Get ahead of the new year by getting the care you've been putting off. If you've met your deductible or have unused FSA dollars, schedule end of year care.

Is it allergies, a cold, the flu or COVID-19?

Knowing the difference between seasonal allergies, a cold and something more serious can help you know when and where to seek care. Use this chart to help you compare symptoms.

At Ascension St. Vincent, we are committed to keeping you and your family safe while you’re receiving care. We are fully prepared for your safety when you're in our care.
